Application Updates: Kronos installs application updates, service packs, new software versions, and legislative updates (if applicable). These services enable your organisation to take advantage of the latest software features, enhancements, and fixes while minimising your risk of noncompliance with ever-changing federal and state regulations.
Application Configuration: Kronos will make, test, document, and implement a predefined number of changes to your existing configurations, including interfaces, Workforce Genies®, HyperFinds™, and labour levels, on a quarterly basis. The number of configuration changes included can scale over time to accommodate increases in employee population or configuration complexity.
Database Management: Kronos installs database-level patches and service packs and performs regular system health checks with tuning recommendations. These proactive checks are designed to identify potential issues so they can be resolved before they affect system users.
Application Management: For organisations that need a more comprehensive solution, this offering provides essentials services such as updating applications and installing services packs and new software versions. And we provide a dedicated program manager who'll work with you to proactively review productivity indicators, performance trends, and adherence to service level agreements.
After careful analysis of your infrastructure and processes, Kronos consultants can design, test, and deploy custom-built monitors in your environment. These monitors will alert you to error conditions in your system and work flows, providing specific information you need to correct the issue quickly and efficiently.
Kronos can also cover all the tasks related to routine maintenance, emergency response, disaster recovery, and also analysing usage patterns and system resource utilisation to proactively ensure ongoing system performance. These services are available on a per-project basis, or as an ongoing monthly agreement.
